[Case Study of Trouble Improvement] Contamination of Lubricant Tank

Dissolving and removing metal soap! Cleaning the lubricant tank and piping of a copper wire manufacturer.

When performing metal processing with water-soluble lubricants, waste primarily composed of metal soaps is generated, leading to the accumulation of dirt in machines and pipes. This dirt causes a decline in product quality, as well as a reduction in the lifespan of processing tools and lubricants. By adding "Control QA-2" to the lubricant tank and circulating it for 24 hours, the accumulated waste in the pipes and tank can be removed. The cleaning solution only needs to be disposed of as waste, eliminating the need for complicated procedures. As a result, the dirt removal rate in the pipes significantly increased compared to using water or caustic cleaning methods. 【Case Summary】 ■ Issues - Waste primarily composed of metal soaps is generated when performing metal processing with water-soluble lubricants, leading to the accumulation of dirt in machines and pipes. - This dirt causes a decline in product quality and reduces the lifespan of processing tools and lubricants. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Trouble Improvement Case: Felt

A case of washing felt and preventing scale adhesion to the suction box.

A large amount of foreign matter, believed to be calcium carbonate, was adhering to the felt suction box, causing problems. Therefore, continuous cleaning was performed using 'Neutron APL-78', which exhibits excellent cleaning properties and chelating effects against inorganic stains. As a result, the growth of scale adhering to the suction box was slowed down, and the analysis of the felt confirmed a significant reduction in dirt. [Case Summary] ■Concern - A large amount of foreign matter, believed to be calcium carbonate, was adhering to the felt suction box, causing issues. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
